git push with help for branches without remote tracking

add a gith push command, that for occurences where one had to use —set-remote-tracking … check if any other remotes, if yes select remote to push to, otherwise push to remote & set remote tracking branch

Ability to show changelog for update

when running gith version check, show changelog / features that were added with all updates one would install

for example gith commit feat to instantly get a “feat: …” commit message to fill out
